Awesome work. Thanks for sharing. Everything turned out gret for an old blade. My interest was in restoring the steel and correcting the frown. Looks like it's come along nicely.

I know of 3 vids from 3 different people that you should watch before honing that, it will really give you some ideas..
Charlie/Spazola has one
Alex/Philadelph has one
and I have one
We are all doing almost the exact same thing in all three vids all three are about honing a smiling blade, what you can also take away from those vids, is if you want to hone a edge "Toward" a smile the same techniques can be used..
You might need to push the heel a bit more but using those techniques on that razor, but it should start moving that edge right into the direction you want "Gently"..
Now you could use a bit more drastic measure to "Yank" it into line using a variation of breadknifing but I don't think that razor needs it...
