I'd use a belt sander to remove material evenly from the edge until the chip is gone.
Doing it by hand will take a long time.
Regardless of how you do it, The blade is not lost.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.
