    Im with ya Mike T.
I think id rather buy a couple handfuls of razors than to spend that one one. Too bad about the deep pitting on that one.

I would hope that a decimal point was misplaced--

No different than those slimy vendors on Amazon or eBay selling regular items at several hundred percent over average retail pricing, Roy.

Castle Forbes Lime for $138 and free shipping if you act quickly!

Speaking of misplaced decimal points - how about 7K for ECONOMY shipping?!

oh COME ON, now that was done on PURPOSE! I understand pitting, rust and even some bad shapes and curves that are clearly a result of bad honing, bad and overuse of a pasted strop etc...then there's the stuff on this thread that literally looks like someone either took a BITE out of the edge or actually tried to cut a piece off - how? and more importantly: WHY?

Honestly the number of blades i've seen with chipped and broken edges, pieces "cut" out of them like the one above is just SAD. I'm sure it's just people dropping it or being otherwise careless but it makes me really sad .

The knife pictured is a Japanese piece of junk made in the 1950's or 1960's. Somebody decided it needed to be valuable so they stamped CSN on the blade, made up a fake name tag, and made up a story about it.

One of the more blatant fakes I've seen in a while. There are LOTS of fake/counterfeit knives on ebay. Some guys have no idea they're selling a fake, while others have a good business of making fakes and selling them to the unwary.
One of my friends asked me this question, and it got me thinking: what's a really GOOD fake you've seen?

If it was "really GOOD" you wouldn't know it was.

'Zen Koan' Sounds like something that someone in Hollywood would name their kid to bear for the rest of their life.
