Someone on the Bay listed this new version of a Hart Steel razor as "lightly used." It must be lightly used by a gorilla with a grinder.

Heavy hone wear for sure, but I believe that is the factory finish these days. Note that it’s even and the tang appears to be finished the same way. There have been comments about this rough finish on new Hart razors on other fora.
