Are these people really that stupid or are they just poking fun at collectors?

I was wondering that two, but it has two bids, now I have to wonder that about three people!

"wesome! This is a vintage razor knife. It says Made In England For Kern. I thought that was absolutely remarkable. The knife needs cleaned up a bit. It has a notched blade right in the center instead of on the end. If you look closely at the pictures of the blade, there are two very small nicks in the blade. I do not know if those are supposed to be there or not. This knife is very, very sharp. Handle with care. Please feel confident in bidding and good luck!"
