I received a W & B with ivory scales from Tommy this morning. I'm not even sure that he sent me the razor that I bid on. In the auction photo there doesn't appear to be an etching on the blade, but this one has an etching. It was listed as 6/8 and "like new." The blade is a solid 1/16" less than 6/8 and has some light pitting near the toe. Don't get me wrong, it's a very nice razor. I don't think that it's been honed. I'm not disappointed enough to return it or leave him a negative/neutral. I just think that when you give as few details as he does, have a $40 starting bid, and charge $10 for shipping (actual $3.00 or so), the details that you do give should be accurate. Tommy has some nice razors and I may buy from him again. But, I'll never pay top dollar for one of his razors that happens to have a "top dollar" description.

My two cents....
