Thread: Do You Shave Everyday With A Straight

Just about every other day with an SR here since I got a straight.

That is, until today. I tried out an SE! It was fun. I had also picked up a DE in the deal. I look forward to trying that out.

Maybe, some day, a kamisori.

Shave however you want, but make sure you're experiencing joy.

6 days a week with a straight, no shave on Saturdays.

7 days a week for the past year. No plans to stop at the moment. Only time will tell.

6 or 7 days a week, depending on what I'm doing on Saturdays, straight razor only.

Usually every other day, with extras for special events (pretty often, since I work full time). Generally a straight, but I like to load a DE and shave off that blade for a week, from time to time. I find the DE challenging & enjoyable in its own way.

I'll use a straight 4x a week. I stay away from D.E.'s as of late, seems I'm so use to straight razors that I end up cutting myself to ribbons with a D.E. Crazy...

Being an aluminun can recycler with a shopping cart,I have to maintain the look.
I shave at the most,twice a week.

I shave almost every day (skip one now and then). On average, I shave with a straight 4 days, DE the other 3 (because I have to be somewhere early or overslept). However, every day I do essentially the same prep, regardless of the razor type.

I shave 6/7 days with a straight. No DE, haven't learned how to use it yet.
