I like the name and design. Though I'm also a fan of those overlapping letters to create a symbol.. Forgot the word.
Trees are awesome, and you are an excellent woodworker, and you are a wizard of many trades, so that all works. Plus if your daughter made up the name then it's golden!
Perhaps a wooden dowel to practice on...“You must unlearn what you have learned.”

Unless there would be conflicts I would drop the word Design and just make it Wizard Tree. like the W T above

You try using the laser yet for your mark? You could insert different materials with your mark laser engraved, I guess you could do the same with the cnc. Fun tools you got there Mike. Design looks good and I like the name. IMHO the W looks off, not sure what it is though.

Thanked: 4206Thanks gents, good suggestions all.
This is my daughter’s sketch of one of the iterations of the wizard she’s made for me.
Like you gents suggest, she also used just the letters. Twas the drawing I took the mark idea from.
Rev2 coming up..

Old English monogram would be cool with a magnet hidden behind.

Just thought I'd expand on that idea a little..
I'm not an expert by any stretch, but with regard to symmetrical designs, the reason the drawing feels right might be symmetry.
The outer two parts of the W and the lower part of the T being the same length. And then the middle part of the W and upper of the T creating an equilateral triangle..
This creates angles and shapes that have an inherent appeal.
Anyway that's my coffee induced thought on the matter.
Carry on gentlemen!

The first thing that comes to my mind is to make the "T" top longer so that it goes past the "W" by a little. Just throwing my 2 cents in the hat.
It's just Sharpening, right?
