    Choppers are not meant to be practical...

    What you need is a sissy bar. Fill in the middle with a solid piece and it would double as a mud guard.

    Well I did look at a banana seat and sissy bar but I would need to drop about 40-60 dollars on it we do have some half inch stainless pipe at work so I might look at making something up.
