    Been there too. Get one in the solid spot between your calf and and ankle on the outer side......not a thing you can do about it as it's an area that doesn't really stretch.

    cramp...did you ever get one in your neck when you were yawning? It can almost cause you to evacuate your bowels.

    I get jaw cramps from yawning. Other symptoms I get when tired are watery eyes, a runny nose, twitchy legs and I feel cold.
