Y'know what I really hate ?.....It's when you get up in the middle of the night with a leg cramp and as you go to stretch out you get hit with a second cramp and then you just got to like ride it out. Hate that !!

If I get cramp it is always in my right calf. Usually my leg will hurt for days afterwards. They are so painful that it isn't funny. And I can't even shout out as it will wake my neighbours. Originally Posted by Nightblade
