I was thinking more EPL(?) where they kill the hair follicles with electricity some how. You could get everything except your initials removed, for example left cheek B, right cheek D.

When I was a young boy I used to consider the possibility that my whole life was a lucid dream. I think looking back to then when then was now that you may have in fact been correct, it just sounds confusing
