No sauce, just tasty herbs and spices, grilled not fried, no batter.

My wife bought a damn computer type set of scales for weighing myself with...Now I know exactly what percentage of body fat, muscle, bone and water is hanging off me. How depressing!
I spent last night solving all the problems of the world with a couple of mates.
My mother gave me a pile of old books I had when I was a kid, along with old school photo's.
I didn't have to dig holes while I was on the farm. That's something.
My kids missed me. That's really special.
I didn't get to draw anything while I was away. That's sucks, but is probably a good thing.
I had a nightmare last night that was pretty cool. I like nightmares. Better than any other horse around...Well besides Shire's. I like Shire horse's.

I didn't feel to bad about being 105kg, until I realised that 105kg = 16.52 stone. I used to think I was fat when I weighed 13.5 stone bloody stupid tasty sugary and lardy food !
