    At least in my corner of the world the water is good. Bottled water is a big scam.

    I honed this one up tonight and it took a little more work than I thought it would as there was a rust spot on the edge that had to get worked out. I miss honing as I realize I haven't needed to do one in a while. The edge is a little harsh but it should mellow.

    Work supply it, the mineral content of the ground water here is pretty high, I usually have a 2L bottle that bas an insulated cover and carry strap that I fill from the water cooler machine, but for the job I am doing at the moment these little fellers are more convenient, I think I have got through 5 or 6 so far today.
