To me it's just incredible this country is agonizing over this issue.
I mean, if folks are afraid someone will go into an opposite sex bathroom with bad intentions well anyone can put on a wig and change clothes and do it anyway and probably have in the past but the media hasn't ginned it up.No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

OK instead of fighting about who gets to go in what bathroom, Since the left has to meddle in social engineering, Why not turn it into a much beloved infrastructure project and just make a 3rd bathroom. So Men, Women, ?. You can never have enough toilets anyway. Job creating genius i am lol.

Thanked: 369The media hasn't "ginned it up" in the past possibly because in the past the government hadn't enabled the means:
California Penal Code 647:
Except as provided in subdivision (l), every person who commits any of the following acts is guilty of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor:
(d) Who loiters in or about any toilet open to the public for the purpose of engaging in or soliciting any lewd or lascivious or any unlawful act.
(j)(1) Any person who looks through a hole or opening, into, or otherwise views, by means of any instrumentality, including, but not limited to, a periscope, telescope, binoculars, camera, motion picture camera, camcorder, or mobile phone, the interior of a bedroom, bathroom, changing room, fitting room, dressing room, or tanning booth, or the interior of any other area in which the occupant has a reasonable expectation of privacy, with the intent to invade the privacy of a person or persons inside.

I worked for several years in an inner-city YMCA-YWCA, which is to say that I have several years' experience working in an environment in which people of all backgrounds, orientations, persuasions, etc., were welcome. The number of issues brought to my attention as either front-desk staff (to whom 95% of all problems were reported) or as a director (to whom the other 5% were reported) stemming from trans people using the change room/bathroom someone else thought inappropriate: 1.
Number of issues completely resolved to everyone's satisfaction after a conversation with the complainant in which the situation was explained: 1.
Number of people harmed by trans people using the "wrong" facility: 0.
Just sayin'.
Trans people are not out to get anyone. They are just trying to live their lives. And I say this as a heterosexual cisgendered dude, but as a heterosexual cisgendered dude who has taken the opportunity to get to know many people whose sexuality/gender identity/whatever is very different from my own.
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

Hey I resemble that remark. I am a cool not so old guy and a custodial engineer. I don't clean puke (and they do not use saw dust or cat litter)or push a broom. I am responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the building. I order supplies I write my crews pay checks, carry my own workers compensation insurance. I just had to throw that out there. Sometimes things are what they are. You know what happens when you assume.

I dont know, maybe physical harm is quantifiable, but psychological harm not so much. This seems to me a fight for the right to the "Womens" bathroom primarily, which is usually over crowded in the first place, so again make another bathroom call it neutral territory enter at your own risk. You know its going to happen some little girl will witness some she male washing his junk in the sink while putting on lipstick and it will become a thing. If you think the news is busy with stupid crap now just wait.
