Yes, you really can, we checked it at Target here, (dozens of vids / stories / cases I will not link) they will not stop you in fact they are scared to death of being sued..

This is about any person walking into any gendered facility anywhere they want, yes I do mean that a "Man" Non-Trans / identifies as a "MAN" can walk into the Fitness center and use the Ladies locker room...

You can choose not to believe that all you want but it is true...

What exactly is the problem, how often does it occur, how is it being addressed right now, and how are the liberals/christian conservatives proposing to solve it in the future?

One minor point. Socialist, communist, progressive, liberal and Democrat are very nearly synonymous. That's one good thing about Bernie, he wasn't afraid to drop the sheep's clothing routine.

Let us not forget that republicans are the staunchest supporters of the biggest socialist program in the history of he world, the US military.

Over the years I've been to events where the line to get into "the ladies room" was long, very long and the gals just started going into the men's room. No one made a big deal out of it and it wasn't in the news and the police didn't come. It was a big nothing as this present garbage is.
