I spent the day in the woods yesterday and we harvested ramps and fiddle head ferns. The only mushrooms we found were inedible types.

We’re just starting to pick here. The second picture is my youngest sons first Morel
The woods with ramps was under water water for the last week so we haven’t headed there yet. I still haven’t found the fiddle heads in the woods I hunt who knows why
But even a “bad” day in the woods beats a good day at work
