Are you and your friends delivering plenty of gas to northern CO and WY?

You know it. Im hoping to be back in Denver Monday so i can go home that night.
People, stop driving for a day or two! Ha. Its been said that if a truck strike was to happen the usa would come to a stop. It would only take 3 days of no gas haulers to shut down the US. God forbid.
    Now back to you.

Going to pick up some Fried Chicken, have a couple of Beers and "Non-Tan"

The wife has to work so I am going to get to actually relax
Glenn-If I were out on any lake all day with fried chicken and beer, I'd have to also get in some fishing while waiting on the big event. Just sayin'

    That's too bad.

I was outside but had to go in do something just at the max but luckily my friend Mr L was here and he stopped the eclipse until I got outside about 15 minutes later.

He said he can do a personal replay just for you if you like you just have to agree to a few details down the road for him.

I've been doing his details for years, I think he owes me an eclipse or two.

    From the lake today

We were at 88% the one really noticeable change was a measured 5 Degree drop in temperature

All in all a nice reason to take an extra day out on the boat, napping eating drinking yep a good excuse indeed

We went to 'Hell's Half Acre' about 44 miles west of Casper WY. for 2 minutes and 23 seconds of totality. Fantastic! I would do it again tomorrow if I could, including the massive traffic jams getting home. We left at 2:40 Monday and gave up getting home about 9:00 that night only about 220 miles from where we started and still 100 miles from home. Had a nice night camping and took a long scenic route home today.

Ha! We avoided the interstate on the way home and despite going slow, and not actually making it home that day, it turns out that we went the fast way. People reported taking 10 hours to go from Glendo WY to Ft. Collins CO. about 160 miles on the interstate. We had plenty of food, water, and gasoline, as well as time so we just chilled and had a great trip.
