From prime time tv a few years back. Heavy sentiment but I liked it enough to google the script and save it:
[reading Adam's mom's suicide note] Dearest boy, my Adam. I dreamed a dream, you and I facing each other in a tiny yellow boat on green water under a blue sky. Me and my son and a yellow boat. And we laugh, and the boat rocks and the ripples spread from the boat to pond to sea to sky and nothing can stop them, and nothing ever will. When you think of me Adam, know that in a world of pain, you were, and always will be my joy. Love mom

One exchange that always gets me laughing is this one from "Heartbreak Ridge"(a film packed to the gills with good quotes, I might add)
Choozoo: If your brain was half as quick as your mouth, skunk stool, you'd be a friggin' twenty-star general by now.
Highway: And if I was half as ugly as you, Sergeant Major, I'd be a poster boy for a prophylactic.

Everytime we are given a tough deadline at work, my buddy or I will say this line from "A few Good Men" to our supervisor and crack up laughing.
Col Jessep: I'm here to help you...You do believe I'm here to help you?

Thanked: 324Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!

My buddy at work (Art) and I always find movie lines to apply to any situation that happens at the workplace. One day a co-worker assigned to an empty work cubicle between Art's and mine. She complained because she used to sit with her own work buddys and now had to sit between two "crazy loons". Art leans over into her work cubicle and quotes a line from "Underworld".
Lucian: There is no going back. The vampires would kill you just for being one of us. And you are...one of us."
I recognize the line and crack up laughing. She sighs, rolls her eyes and covers her face in her hands.
