“ In any event, a lot of Luddite teachers who have snubbed the tech. revolution are going to be left behind by this (and frankly, a lot of them need to be...).”

They may not have a choice in the next few weeks and months. I suspect many will be faced with the choice that if they want to get paid to teach for the balance of the academic year and the students are required to stay at home, adapt or find other employment.

I got a post card from President Trump in the mail today. Anyone else in the USA get one?

Basically it's just got the info about how to avoid getting and or spreading the coronavirus.

I think I'll save it just for shites and giggles--------

It looks like the TP run might be subsiding but you might save it just in case.

Shaun I wont be idle,, I got too much going on, the list is overwhelming. as for detailing that's done, haven't gone to get the bike from Randy to work on, no way am I traveling up there now. got to get all my yard equipment out and check over since I haven't cut my own yard in a couple years. and now the wife is not wanting to move. so theres all that ill have to do. got to get a couple grinders, a forge, and a bigger whiskey glass. do have a couple bikes that need back tires so theres a day, plus thinking about clearing the junk my wife has accumulated. I never worked so hard at work.

I'm sure every registered voter got one. It can, as Roy stated, come in handy for other uses. As an aside, I don't answer phone calls from names or numbers I don't recognize. The ones I do I don't say anything at first and a few seconds later they click off. Scam, crap, con phone calls. I did click on one yesterday. The screen said it was from RNC. As per usual I said nothing and what I guess is the Republican National Committee clicked off. I guess they are now doing scam/spam/con calls looking for support in these days of outright lies by our politicians of all ilk and beliefs. I am rapidly losing my faith in mankind. But I will never lose faith in the fact that a loved pet always knows your state of mind and will react accordingly.

If you get a larger whiskey glass, you can pour 'One Finger'----

Gosh, Roy, if I did that on a regular basis I'd have to pre-register for AA cause I'd be in no shape to remember to do it after a few fingers of booze.

TC-Are you going to start hammering steel and grinding custom razors? Seeing the work of some of the guys who must have taught you a few things at those Texas meet-ups (Bruno, Charlie Lewis and others), I'd like to see how those influences show up in a TC original! I'd love to shave test any prototypes. I don't hammer or grind, but I do know a quality edge when it's gliding across my cheek!

Don't drink the whiskey before turning on the grinder lol!
