In Ontario, the liquor and beer stores have been designated essential services and remain open for now.

I've decided not to hoard bourbon beyond 1 handle. If they shut down the liquor stores, I'll experience the quarantine rationing bourbon.

Well I’m already rationing for worse case scenario. Only going to drink 2 quart jars a day. I’m good till I’m 85

The inevitable first confirmed case of Covid 19 was announced today in our city of about 100,000. A snowbird couple returning from Florida had the husband confirmed positive and the wife is showing systems. That should knock some of the cockiness out of people that came with the false sense of security having no confirmed cases brought. The first confirmed case of Covid 19 in Canada was recorded on Jan 25th, almost 2 months ago.

Could be but not in the sense that it is used up here which is as a designator for Canadians going south of the border to avoid winter. Right now some of them by their irresponsible and illegal behavior on their return during the pandemic are giving that group a very bad name.

And they are the older ones that are going to put a tax on the healthcare system.

If they would stay south it would be taxing on ours........

Since they returned to Canada they are now 'taxing' the Canadian Health Care System.

If they had remained in Florida, the hospital would be 'taxing' their bank account to pay for the care they received here and possibly messing up their plans to Snowbird next year--
