Human society doesn't operate by logic. In reality Human Life is cheap and there is no rhyme or reason as to how it considers all the vices and factors contributing to Human demise.

We allow folks to smoke when we know it will kill them and/or cause grievous injury costing society big bucks.

Just think how many lives are destroyed by alcoholism and how many families are ruined by it.

How many are killed through DUIs yet we classify it as some lesser crime other than what it is, murder.

We allow folks to work in industries that literally kill them and brush it of as cost-benefit. We allow industries to pollute water, air and environment with chemicals known to cause Cancer.

Yea, we all cringe at certain schemes causing death but seemingly welcome with open arms others.

Yea we be a strange species.

Just like I have been doing for many years,,, Friday is go to Town Day
Fresh Friday Sales at Yokes Grocery have made that a standard, as we love their Produce Meats and Seafood
A normal Friday is Remi and I going to town, doing Laundry at the Laundromat (Saves so much Time) Heading to Yokes while the wash is going..
Come back toss everything in the dryers go to the Dog Park to let her play for about 1 hour,

Head to Walmart for the Pick Up outside
We go get the dry clothes folded and head home

    Very few changes really
No Laundromat miss that, but just don't see the reason to take the risk Remi comes along for ride but no Dog Park
    Hit Yokes
Pick up at Walmart and head home

Although we have only had 4 cases and no community spread in our 2 counties, everyone is pretty good about personal space anyway up here

Masks and Gloves are the norm in the stores, I get real tired up people asking where I got my N95's I swear I am going to wear my full face 3M 7000 one day LOL

We are waiting for Little to decide if we are dropping the Stay Order next week on the 15th, or hold until the 1st of May

Basically 90% of all the cases in ID are in two counties, the numbers shift slightly every few days..

As if anyone needs further proof of stupidity concerning Covid 19.

What is it with these people? Does being on social media really drain away the last vestiges of brain cells in people?

It probably does. It's a major problem when it affects those in high office.

My wife and I live alone so there are just the two of us. The kids are all grown and the grandkids are all in their teens, one in his early twenties.
We are beginning to see all the cast off masks and gloves in parking lots because people are too lazy to walk over to the disposal bins.
My wife has made a rule that she is to do all the shopping since I have asthma and a lung condition.
Stay well and healthy to all on here and your families.

I have a gallon of water and a bar of soap in my truck. After shopping, buying gas, etc. I wash my hands before getting back in the truck. IMO it makes much more sense than gloves.

The virus is so menacing, but yet it is disarmed by such a simple thing. Soap!

I keep a mask, rubber gloves and hand sanitizer in my truck now.
Seems to be the new norm.
