Based on the fact he was convicted of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. You can say it's bullshit and that's fine, but the normal person would be sitting in prison right now. If you can prove that it was fake/baloney charges I think the taco could always use more lawyers.

If anyone from the democratic party is found guilty in court I'm all for them going to prison! I think we can both agree we don't like corruption. I'm not here to be a Facebook lawyer. I see someone get convicted, I want them to serve their sentence- that simple.

My point is that a regular person convicted of 34 felonies would almost certainly face a harsher outcome. The fact that the judge gave Trump the sentence he did actually proves that point. I don’t think anyone should get special treatment under the law. If Laticia James or some other democrat was found guilty of the same crimes, what sentencing would you suggest?
