Jerome, have you ever tried or seen Bosi Pipes? Kirk is one of our members out of Chicago and makes awsome pipes. What are your favorite tobacco's? I still like the Esoterica Penzance pretty well. Lynn

I am an enlisted man in the Navy, I am a flyer (helicopter aircrew rescue swimmer) that occasionally gets to jump out of a helicopter into the ocean, mostly so I can get saltwater all over everything and make the paraloft guys pull their hair out..... The outfit I am in at the moment is basically non combatant. We carry people, cargo, put out fires, and catch missiles and torpedoes ("fishing") to save your tax dollars. (Bet you didn't know the Navy recycles torpedoes, now did you?) .
I am up for orders soon, and I may go back to my former outfit which is completely opposite. They [old outfit] have already been putting feelers out as to whether I want to go back to Iraq; in which case my job was/would be as a helicopter gunner. Girlfriend said I ought to go-maybe she's getting tired of this razor sickness of mine...
Dave, (TQH) I forgot, do you live in the Raleigh area? Just noticed the bit about NC State, and remembered you were somewhere in NC(?)
    Just wondering.

I am a Pharmacist (Pharmacy Manager). I love being able to help people out as much as I can. It has been a great career for me because I have been able to make very good money while "only" having to work 40 hours per week. It allows me to spend plenty of time with my almost 2 year old son.
Because of the severe shortage of pharmacist's around the U.S. it's nice knowing that I could move almost anywhere I want to, even though I'll likely live the rest of my years here in MO.
I also used to love spending time at the local ¼ mile dragstrip, though that interest waned after becoming a father.

It seems like another lifetime now, but w-a-y back in the 70's (the *19*70s, thank you) I was a Navy Lt. and flyer at NAS Oceana in Virginia Beach, VA ..... I was attached to the NAS, not a squadron, and only flew to stay minimally proficient ..... which translated means, "Keep the flight pay add-on to the salary" ink:

I'm sure you're righto on that one! Maybe it will be my midlife crisis. Though it may come sooner because I have been lusting for a 60's/70's muscle car for the last 17 years now!
