Anyone can act like a child and go crazy. I will make light of it when it's ridiculous. Take the LA Riots of 92. I would say that they didn't really accomplish anything, except a billion dollars worth of damage to other people's things. Personally, I found it ridiculous.

My main point here is that, while it would get attention, it wouldn't effect a positive change. What it would do here in the US is cause us to lose more freedoms and have the government take more control so that social unrest stays at a happy minimum.

Who is "we"? If you are talking about me, you obviously missed my point and my very funny joke too. You (of all people) should know me well enough by now to know that I am not at all interested in the political opinions of anyone. I do however have a bug up my ass about accuracy and integrity. The guy posted a ridiculously produced video with no merit of any kind. I simply followed suit. You apparently went for the bait, even though I did not set it.

I wish you would get that bug up your ass when things are obviously slanted the other way too Sir.

C'mon Mark, do you think this post by SLT5103 is accurate?:

I think this explains it. These are the same people that voted for Congress mind you.

Do you think these twelve people represent everyone who voted for Obama? I like to think that if I saw someone make a generalization as ridiculous as this one regardless of who it was aimed at I would speak up simply for the sake of accuracy.

I like to think it has been noticed I have been trying to avoid political arguments. It is clear that this community is more Republican conservative than it is Democratic liberal. I have no problem with anyone's politics. I don't care about your politics or religion anymore than I care if you like ketchup more than A1 Steak Sauce.

    Later Gator,

    Brad

So, a question for you. How much is a pack of those? I haven't been to a smoke shop in a bit.

The ban HAS accomplished something if Djarum loses market share. At least for big tobacco.

Actually Icedog, if you visit Media Malpractice Zogby Poll Results you will find all the polling results there linked in the right hand column. Mr. Zogby (I think you might know him for the Zogby polls) conducted a poll along the same lines as the video, except larger. He also pointed to the same results as the video suggests. He was criticized for only interviewing Obama voters and not McCain voters. Mr. Zogby said that he didn't do McCain supporters because he felt they would be more informed and that a poll was not needed. He even went on to say that if someone wanted to do a same poll and find a less informed republican sample, he would reimburse the person that conducted the poll. Nobody attempted a republican poll, even with Zogby putting his money where his mouth is....

I do, I think it accurately represents everyone I have met who openly allows that they voted for Obama. Of course there may be some few semi-intelligent Obama voters out there but then they would be smart enough to have seen their own error by now.

Frankly Obama wouldn't have been elected if there had been a "your ass from a hole in the ground" voting eligibility test.

That is hilarious. You say this as if you believe there is any difference between one group of Americans and another. Of course you use your namecalling and childish similes with such conviction and dedication that one who doesn't know any better might actually mistake you for a studied authority.

Just like we had in the OLD south. It would only be fair if there was a "are you a nut case pent on senseless 'revolution' because you aren't smart enough to work out a better solution?" clause.

People are always surprised and disappointed when things don't work out for them. Take Sept. 1 2007 for example. The day that Michigan learned they weren't as good a football team as everyone at the time thought...but I digress.
