Wow there are some beautiful photos! I just spent an hour taking a few phots around Perth. I, like everyone else don't really have any photos of my home city..

I think this is because we grew up in the city we don't appreciate it as much as if someone who is visiting. I spent hours just trying to think where i could take a photo and after driving around i realised that there are a lot of spots that make great photo opportunities!

I wasn't expecting such a great response! Thanks everyone and keep them coming!

We love San Fransisco and we love Miami and Lynchburg, VA (our Sister City)
And we love also the beautiful Jerusalem, we visited this year.

Amazing. Jerusalem is one of my great ancient cities to visit, along with Rome and Istanbul, and Athens.

Did you visit Haifa? I used to work for an Israeli from Haifa, I'd like to visit there sometime.

It is, currently it's a little warm, I swam last week, the sea water temperature was 34 C, so still a little uncomfortable, but after October it's great.

To get to the inland sea involves driving through sand dunes for around 20 km, that's quite a fun day out in itself.
