Yes, but the locals know that you most likely will not catch anything from those docks.
Most people around here have access to a boat, and it is also possible to fish from a bridge further in the fjord.

Is that fresh water, or salt? I realize it's open to the sea, but is there any difference the farther inland you go? Pretty place in any case.

Thought I might add a couple of pictures of my lovely back yard. It has taken me just over a year to get the algel growth in the corner to this highly desireable shade of green.

Not much to look at, but the neighbours are not hard on the eyes.

Damn! I feel claustrophobic just looking at your pictures. Sorry. Don't mean any offence. I'm just used to having enough room to lift my elbows to air my armpits...

This is a huge back yard by Bangkok standards. After a while you do get used to the bars. At least here, the person on the other side of the bars doesn't want to take me and make me his wife.

The fjord is salt water, but there is a river in the end of it that is fresh water from a lake.
That river might be the shortest salmon running river in northern Europe.
It also has outlets from several rivers on both sides of the fjord.

I like that, I miss the woods sometimes. I spent my winters in the Appalachian Mountains & my summers in South Florida when I was a kid; product of a divorce.

Bushdoctor what are you doing inside mate?! I would be shaving everyday out there in that forest. Hell, I'd be out there living in that forest if I could. A very nice view indeed.
