Photographer. But that's on the back burner for the time being. Currently I'm a high school rep for a nationwide commercial arts college system. I enjoy my job even though it's a ton of work and I drive a ton. But I get summers off! Well almost completely off.
I'm going to start working on my masters next year just not sure in what yet. Oh and father of one soon to be two!

Archaeologist, it's not boring if you're into that sort of thing and one day, maybe, it's value will be recognised. For the meanwhile, if I want to get rich, I'd better start buying those lottery tickets.

Thanked: 1587Porn star - some of you may recognize me by my screen name: Jimb-ohh! aka The Plumber from Down Unda!
No, in all seriousness I am an academic - mathematics and statistics specialising in computationally intensive techniques and probability and distribution theory. I teach the youth of today to hate the mathematics of tomorrow, today.
I bet archaeologist is looking pretty exciting right about now!

Wow, what a diverse bunch of folks.
I worked in the military since I was 17. That was 15 years ago. I spend 8 sunny years in the armoured corps, then smartened up and joined the air force as an avionics tech (Electrician).
I must say, there's no life like the airforce life.....sure is soft

Thanked: 983Are we talking current job or past professions leading up to current Job?! Guess I'll just list one or two then. I've been a tyre retreader, a rifleman in the army, a fibreglasser working on transport and military projects, combine harvestor driver and camp cook, surveyors assistant, pub cleaner, short order cook and diner manager, kitchen hand and head dish pig, security guard, custom knife-maker, bodyguard, and currently I am a full-time dad to my three kids, part-time farm hand and leather worker (self-unofficially-employed) all at the same time. Life has been interesting. I think for my next job I would like to be an adventurer archaeologist with a bullwhip and pistol, that teaches in a university part-time (sans bullwhip and pistol).

I've always found the subject fascinating. But I would never be able to do the work. Excavation, cataloging, morphology, fossil preperation all demand a level of disciplined methodical attention to detail that I would never be able to maintain. I love to read about the results though.

I'm a firefighter/paramedic. I also teach para-pups (paramedic students) at two Level 1 Trauma centers and a university hospital.
When I'm not doing either of those, I own a private business that teaches CPR, First Aid, and specialty cardiac courses.
