Pretty neat scales, I like it a lot.

Great work, love those scales that blade and super tang bluing.

I too collect the hollow square point Robesons they are shavers. The hammered tangs are some of my favorites.

Charlie has been gathering up Robeson stuff for thirty years and has some REALLY nice examples of knives and razors.

Terrier Cutlery was a Robeson brand too.

I've never seen that particular grind before, nor those scales. Great job on both. Looks like a lot of work. I have one of the fit your face Robesons and it is for "shure" one of my best shavers.

Thanks, Ted. I have not seen this grind before either, but I think it predates the scales. Most blades I have seen were the 'fit's your face' hammered tang ones. I actually was looking for one of those as I spotted this one!

    Great job!

I've only got one razor with that grind -- a Cattaraugus, also with a mid-blade etch (mostly faded, for a hardware store).

    very nice tom,
i shall have to file that grind away for if i ever decide to expand the collection or trade anything in, that, a rattler and a lancet are 3 grinds i would like.
the work on the scales came out very well too.
