Congrats guys!!! It was a blast to see all the different styles and restores!
So there's the class of 2009, rock on!

Thank you all so much!!! I am honored and humbled by this whole experience.

I was so excited I called my wife and parents to tell them the good news I felt like charlie with the golden ticket when I found out I won.

Great work and kudos to all the talented people who took part in this contest I would proudly display every razor submitted. There is some true talent lurking around these forums.

Thanks again to all the great guys who put this contest on, it was a great idea and a lot of fun.

Thank you Judges. You really had some tough choices to make.

Thank you to all participants for the fine work and willingness to share. I really love seeing all these razors back from the dead and in use.

Lots of hard work, love and passion went into those restores. For that alone everyone is a winner in my book.

It wasn't an easy task as we (the judges) gave points and looked mostly for design, originality, fit and finish (both scales and blade restoration.

Shutterbug does deserve an honorable mention from all judges on his great design idea and innovation for scales.

From my point of view I agree with everything Max said here, and will just say thanks again to everyone who posted pictures for publicly sharing your first work!

Thanks to Doc and the SRP machine for having this contest.

This contest was a lot of fun, I enjoyed seeing all of the work. I would check this thread everyday to see who had entered what in the contest. I must say that all of the restores looked better than my first restore, what a talented and patient bunch of people we have here at SRP.

I am now waiting of pictures of the second restores.

Everyone who entered really did do a great job and it was a very tough decision to narrow down the entries and pick the winners. I commend everyone on their work and look forward to more of it!
