I've read about it, and the website has a video explaining it. Supposed to impregnate into the metal and keep it slick. I've read mixed reviews on The Firing Line, and other gun forums. Some like it a lot, others not as much. Kind of like MWF ..........
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Amen, brother. dependability every time. Also, no fumbling with controls when it counts. (wiggling finger)<--this is my safety(Black Hawk Down reference).
I feel the same way also about the Kalashnikov 47. Dead nuts accurate on iron sights(the way I like it from 7-150?), and something drastic has to go wrong for it not to fire... This state we only get the semi-auto version, though, after a detailed breakdown, I did have an FA incident with a dislodged pin. Quickly resolved, but educational.
+1 Jimmy -- Glock is more practical than some care to admit, but I border on both religion and politics here so I shall secede.Last edited by Siguy; 01-30-2015 at 01:57 AM.

Thanked: 1936I went to their website FrogLube | The World's Only Complete Bio Based 'Green' Weapons Care system, Solvent and CLP USDA Approved and it sounds good. Ordered 4oz of CLP off the bay, will see how it goes...

I try to call a person and see if they offer free samples first. You'd be surprised. Got a few 1sts that way and then bought. Couple no go's.

Thanked: 237As a marine, 6541 ordnanceman, in charge of maintaining and repairing over 400 .50 cals, 7.62 cals, in a plethora of different variations for different aircraft, I must say CLP and brush is the best way to clean a firearm. Personally, I have used and like frog lube. Glocks are nice, but I'll never give up my colt .45 till the day I die.

I like the fact that is somewhat thick, unlike most lubes that are fluid or like grease this sits solidly between. It seems to aid in cleaning, and it stays where I put it (to a certain degree). It could be just me but it also seems to attract less lent and gunk from CCW than most the the lubes I've used.
