That sounds delicious! I haven't tried that but sweet with spicy is a great combo. It's the dried pepper flakes mixed in with the honey, correct?

I figured I'd check now, before your peppers were completely dry. I hope the National Honey Board is probably a decent source... The recipe seems to make sense, but will probably be a pain to clean lol.

Honey is easy to clean with just water and if warm strains easy. I would use just a kitchen strainer.
Now I have to get some peppers.

ultrasoundguy, I marked a like on your post for the vegetables in the pictures, not the part about "crispy and dead"! I'm sorry to hear about that, but what you have there looks great! It looks like salsa waiting to happen
