    Just a heads up. I came home from work one day and my family was on the porch red eyed and crying. We dried some cayenne's in the window but they were just not dry enough to crush. So my wife put them in the microwave.... AND pepper sprayed the house.

    I harvested two of these peppers last night. I think they are cayenne peppers. I hope to have enough to make hot pepper sauce and/or add some to pickled vegetables I might make this fall.

    Up near the Iowa border. We have had a fairly dry summer, some ove the bigger rains went around us. We have had some decent rains in August that are greening up the vegetation.

    I spent a lot of time hunting over east around Shelbina, and then west over around Chilicothe, love that part of Mo. I still have the family property over by Peidmont n southern Mo. Tc

    I've never done it before but I'm going to try a natural pickle with local vegetables.

    This is out of mine and xiaotuzi's garden.

    These peppers were a semi surprise in the mail today from xiaotuzi . Pictured along with the rest of my tools and ingredients

    My prediction is very spicy! Those Infinity 7-pots are volcanic, you should sprinkle a little on the pasta there! Looking good, can't wait to hear about the taste test. Enjoy!
