Very hard to nail down the reclusive previous owner. Been trying to sign this deal for well over a year before we finally met yesterday to sign the ownership over..
I am only the third owner of her in 67 years! Engine was upgraded in 67 to a tr4 1.8l with matching rear end so she cruises today’s hiway speeds with ease. When you climb in, it’s like slipping into a ww2 fighter plane, the long nose and hand rolled fenders and all.
Never owned a British car so will be learning lots this spring under the hood, err bonnet..
And yes, we will need proper headwear, maybe even some driving gloves.
