My Friend,
While the offer is Very Tempting, I'll have to decline as the Boars Nest is rather small and that includes the 'yard'.
A dog of that size needs room.
I just measured and the Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Room measures 21 ft X 19 ft and there's a partial wall that separates the space.
My fenced back yard is approximately 1/2 the size of the Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Room area.
As I've said the offer is Very Tempting and I Thank You.Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdins cave of 'stuff'.

Thanked: 557Condolences on your loss.
Those who have dogs in their lives know the unconditional love they provide and the extreme grief when they leave. I look at my two older pups with their grey muzzles and dread what is inevitably going to happen in the next two or three years even though I enjoy every day with them now. The one year old 70 pound puppy who keeps us entertained and them annoyed will help us over the rough spots when the others pass.
We will always have a dog in our lives.David

Sorry for your loss.
