Well gents we finally found a new pup
Took some time for us to be ready again and to find the pup that we wanted
Shiba Inu Female Black & Tan
She is a little sassy tuff gal,,, four in the litter and she was the only girl, if you look real close under her right eye she came to use with a little cut from fighting with her brothers :P
This is "Remi" which roughly translates to Sky or heavens in Japanese,,, more importantly, is perfect for me since I think Remington hehehe
We just got her a few days ago at 8 weeks old, a very special Christmas Present for "the Shan" and I
"No amount of money spent on a Stone can ever replace the value of the time it takes learning to use it properly"

My daughter's had her 2 year old Blue Heeler mix for three weeks now. A good family had to give him up, and I was worried about his missing them, but he's settled in nicely. He's getting tons of attention from everyone, and has filled a void left by the passing of our aged dachshunds. My daughter named him Hap, the nickname of a distant relative who had developmental disabilities but was always happy. He encourages me to take him on a two mile walk every evening after work, something I now look forward to doing rain or shine.
