Maybe by the end of the night the way he's going.

The other boys know better than to mess with him when he gets his whole femur bones. If they get too close he'll give them one of those low gutteral growls.

No offense to anyone, but I've had many dogs, but some people will understand this, some won't, but there are Dobermans, and than everything else...IMHO. The guy's who understand what I'm saying won't take offense to anybody else, I'm sorry.

I don't currently have Dobermans but I've had several of them over the years although back in the 80s. This is the only picture that I have on this device of a couple of my puppies, Sampson and Dinah.

I need to get more converted to digital. All of mine were red and yes, I understand what you are saying. They are so loyal, so smart and so powerful. I wanted to get another one but my wife was afraid of them. I told her if you had one you wouldn't be. You feel safe with them around. I'll say this though, since having Ridgebacks they are.the only dog I like as much if not more. They too are smart and loyal but as far as powerful they have Dobermans beat. I have never had a dog that is that powerful and I have had shepherds, dobermans and other massive dogs.

I guess his head was feeling heavy while waiting for me to get his dinner ready.

I can’t remember if I posted this before, but it seemed appropriate to post for a variety of reasons.

What I want to know is how did you manage to turn your whole house on it's side like that? yet nothing is falling over.

Ya know when you are scolding your dog and they just don’t get it, or get it too well maybe?
The phrase “get off the couch” has lost its meaning round my house it seems.

And I swear, he knows he’s breaking the rules, but betting with that particular look he can get away with it.
Don’t tell me they aren’t smart, social animals..

I've always been a large dog man and never cared for small dogs but I have to say Finny can be so cute sometimes it's hard not be endeared by him.
