My brother has a Rottweiler, the stupid thing sits straight up on his lap and he has to look around it to see the TV.

The dog is not huge like some of those giants but it still seems to take up the whole room somehow and when that baby decides it's bedtime my brother has to race to get in bed and covered up before the dog arrives.

At the dog shows you see a lot of different dogs, big and small. The biggest one I've ever seen was this guy. An Irish Wolfhound. I don't know how much he weighed but the woman walking with him is about 5'7" for perspective. She was dog watching and got locked out so the owner called me to come out.

The door I was picking had a full length window. I was kneeling on one knee and the dog was eye to eye with me.

I love the Irish Wolfhound. Like many of the giant breeds they have a short lifespan, average is about 5 years. Would break my heart if I had one.

Yeah, Bernese Mountain Dogs also have a short lifespan. 6-8 years

Try.it with a dog that actually can take up a whole king size bed. Max is 125 lbs but he is also 31“ tall at the withers. That's within the breed standard for a Great Dane.

Here are my two Bedlington Terrier Boys Father & Son, including Oscar's Daughter she's the one with a Squirrel in her mouth, all of them happen to be lethal Squirrel killers, Bedlingtons have a very high prey drive and you can't really trust them around small critters. The owner of Oscars Daughter lives in London close to Wimbledon common, she is such a hardcore hunter he has her fitted with a tracking system on her harness, so he can track her via an app on his phone, he told me she is always hunting Deer and all of a sudden disappears and that's the reason and the need for the app.
