You got that right, but with all the Karen's out there, they say it's mean and hurts the dog. Ive had them for 67 years and not one has ever scratched at there ears, it doesn't bother them. And they look so much better. But the cropping and docking both came from when they were used in hunting, ears don't get cut up, and they can maneuver better with no tail.
