Yrah, I thought shepherd too, or maybe even moreso malinois. Both have a similar head.

Thanked: 3228Just a quick update on Bonnie's genetic makeup. Turns out she is roughly 40% Rottweiler and the rest equal parts Malinois and Alaskan Malamute. I'll be damned if I see the Rottweiler in her. All that seems to make a smart and fun-loving friendly package.

Husky’s are one of my favorite breeds. Had a Husky shepherd cross in College. Loved that fella."Depression is just anger,, without the enthusiasm."

Thanked: 4828I have always been a big fan of rez dogs. I have a little cutie from that area these days. A foster fail. I got her as a foster and train, but she is still with me three years later.

Last night we had a scary event with my big boy Maximus. To make a long story short, we took him to the vet emergency clinic and found things were more grave than we thought so at around 5:00 this morning we said goodbye to him. He would have been 11 in February. What I wouldn't give to have another 11 but he was suffering so we had to let him go.
He was my big gentle giant. He could be a big scary monster but mostly he loved to sit on Daddy's lap. He was a daddy's boy and never left my side.
So long old friend. I'll see you soon.
