Coffee, the Turkish kind, sans Sugar. I like my coffee opaque. It's naturally sweet enough without having to add sugar. Frankly, I'm not sure why people do. I make about a quart of Turkish coffee every morning and drink it before I start work.

There have been some mornings, really really lovely mornings, when I've shared it with a beautiful woman who liked Turkish coffee too. It tasted especially sweet on those days.

I ordered one of these. The reviews have been very good.

I drink coffee. I like Arabic and Indian coffee, but I don't particularly enjoy the way the Indians prepare it (with milk or chai added). I drink it hot and black.

I also love espresso but I don't get around to making it often. I should get up earlier in the morning and put it on before the shave, but I am NOT a morning person. Most of the time I don't even have coffee because I'm rushing out the door late for work.

That thing is pretty cool! I've never made my own espresso, but that has good enough reviews and is cheap enough that I might try it out. Forgive my newbiness, but do you just use regular coffee grounds? Well, not folgers or maxwell house, but just regular "good" coffee grounds?

I have a grinder, so i will probably get an expresso roast and grind it fine.

Here is a pic of my double shot, its my own take on a cortadito. I used sweet marias basaltic bourbon espresso blend. I have a very basic set up but have experimented alot with it and even modified a few things.

Coffee in the morning, Fresh ground Dunkin Dounuts. After that, I switch to Tea, Love the Green, and oolong's. I'm not familiar with many of the names you guys are throwing around. I may have to PM Don and get some education here...

Nice crema, Ambrose. I usually make my espresso in a stove top thinger. I love it. Recently I got an electric one (which does not boil over if you're distracted, as I tend to get at times), and Alicia - it makes a nice cuppa, but no crema to speak of.

I really love strong black coffee or espresso, but ever since I cut out all other sources of caffeine in my diet coffee gives me the jitters. Unfortunately, that means no more coffee for me.
