My favorite is the 3-full-plates-of-bacon one, together with a couple of eggs (sunny side up or soft boiled) and 1 or 2 bread rolls, followed by coffee.

Grits are coarsly ground corn (maize) cooked into a porridge. It's quite a bit like polenta.

Gotta love the English breakfast on a sunday, washed down with a gallon of strong tea. The rest of the week it,s porridge with what ever fruit is lying around (usually apple or banana)thrown in,raisin toast and a mug of tea. Steve.

In my opinion, there isn't any other way to cook breakfast sausage...nothing else compares, does it not?

3 pounds of local-made "Hillbilly Bacon" (Why it's called hillbilly bacon when we lived in Kansas, which has no hills for the billies to live in, I don't know--but it's slow smoked, thick sliced bacon, with a perfect fat-to-meat balance).
    A loaf of French Toast
    two dozen scrambled eggs
    Link "Fanestil" Sausage
    Biscuits and sausage gravy
and of course the usual beverages...

Oh man, my mouth waters just thinking about it. My mom's hash browns are freaking fantastic...I've never been able to replicate them.
I will find that house on Christmas Morning!!

    Do not be alarmed.

+1 on the great British Fry-Up. But don't forget white pudding to wash down the black pudding (white blood cells, yummmm).

And Bubble and Squeak of course! You can't have a fry-up without a bit of bubble.

Finally, the bacon has to be proper big back rashers of bacon. None of this thin crispy wispy streaky crud. Big wedges of bacon like gammon is what's required.

Oh man, all this talk... I have to get myself down the local Greasy Spoon this weekend.
