Ohhh! Kielbasa! Man I can get into that with eggs and grits.
But I prefer andouille sausage with breakfast. That's something I love, but can't seem to find often.

The trouble with buying Keilbasa is that most of the stuff is made with beef and pork mixed. I prefer the pork only, but it's hard to find that way.

Pancakes defy the law of conservation of matter, as the seem to increase in size and mass once they get into your stomach.

How about yesterday's leftovers for breakfast!

Macaroni, spaghetti, Chinese take-away, any oven dish. In case there's no left-overs: kippers on sodabread! Preferably cold instead of warm like they do in the UK.

It's ok, it takes years of experience to be able to down a huge breakfast. On the upside, you won't have to eat until possibly dinner or later if you do it right

My typical breakfast is comprised of one or
    more of the following:

    - flax toast with two omega-3 eggs
    - flax/bran cereal with fresh berries and soy milk
    - plain organic yogurt with fresh berries
    - cottage cheese

Occasionally I'll have a bit (half a cup) of
green fruit smoothie from Happy Planet or
Odwalla if I have no fresh fruit. I eat 6-7
eggs a week, which really isn't a problem
since most of the cholesterol in your blood
doesn't come from cholesterol you ingest.
I don't eat refined carbs, and the carbs I
do eat are accompanied by fiber to reduce
    the glycemic load.

On the weekend, if the wife and I are at
home for the morning (not often), we like
to add bacon to the mix!

When I was visiting my friend in California, we went to breakfast once in a place close to Jack London Square in Oakland that appears to cater more towards the Afro-American community. Who cares? They serve friggin' Chicken And Waffles!!

I bet cardiologists in the area just have the Bentley catalog open full-time.

Sorry, but these breakfast choices aren't really likely to require the services of a thoracic surgeon. lol
