Well to redeem my mistake the next time I go to the liquor store I'll get some real KY Bourbon. My local spirit shop carries Markers Mark, Woodford Reserve, Jim Beam, Wild Turkey, Evan Williams and Knob Creek. I'll pass on the Turkey and most likely the Jim Beam and Knob Creek. I think it will be the Woodford.

Ahh, my favorite subject next to razors and Harley's.
I'm a big, too big often, fan of bourbon. Here's some of what I've got lined up on top of the bar right now:
Blanton's
Bookers
Vintage Bourbon 17y
Not Bourbon but what the hell...Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey

Bourbon
Gentlemen,
I must toss in my hat on Knob Creek, although these days I take an occasional nip for medicinal purposes.

Thanked: 1195Another bourbon lover chiming in here!
I usually drink Jim Beam, white and black labels, and Wild Turkey. My wife bought me a bottle of Wild Turkey Rare Breed for Fathers day, what a fantastic bourbon, so flavorful over the rocks. I'll have to try Knob Creek and Makers Mark some day.
If you're into mixing I find ginger ale with bourbon (and a couple drops of lime juice) absolutely amazing.
Around these parts it is rare for whiskey drinkers to like anything other than rye whiskey (that's Canadian whiskey for our American friends), so I am alone in my love for bourbon among my friends/family. My rye days are over, and now I stick with either bourbon or scotch.
