That Sig 380 is indeed a honey. Walthers are fine pistols, but a little picky about ammunition sometimes. My PPKS is very reliable and solid, as is the PP 32 ACP, but I know of other Walthers that jam easily if the cartridge OAL isn't exactly right. I also have a Walther p38 from WW2 that my dad brought home. It's a jewel.
Those Germans…they know how to make stuff out of steel, don't they!

Great looking pistol. My wife bought the Colt Mustang while they were still being made for carry. I borrow it some times.

Good choice, Jimmy. Sigs are boringly reliable, easy to maintain, and feed just about anything. I carry a Sig P229 in .40, stoked with Winchester Ranger SXT 180 grain ammunition. I used to carry a Sig P232 in .380. Since .380 is considered an entry level manstopper, although outperforming any .38 load out of a 2" snub nose revolver, ammunition choice is critical. Best recommended loads for .380 are Winchester Ranger SXT 95 grain, or Federal Hydra Shok 90 grain. Stay alert, stay alive.

Nice!
It makes me sad that the idiots in Government here banned pistols in the UK. I miss pistol shooting.

Yup stubear, sucks to be us, and whilst people like us who enjoyed shooting as a pasttime have had it taken away, gun crime has soared and there aren't enough armed police to deal with it, it's become ridiculous.....
And these are all very nice guns, I envy the freedom to own them that you have.
