Default New Toy and it ain't a razor or a hone

The Sig Saur SAS P238 in 380. The SAS is the melt down where they knock the corners off of the slide and gussy it up with some fancy grips. I went down to the LGS (always risky for me) and walked out with this beauty. Here is it is with it's big brother in .40 caliber. I shot 110 rounds out of it without a glitch and I'm going to do another 100 shortly to break it in. Great little pistol.

Sig makes a very fine pistol. Is .380 available in Flordia? Been hard to source around here for some time. I haven't shot my P230 in two years because finding self defense ammo has been so difficult.

Same with my Kimber .45, but at least for that I can find ball.

It was very hard to find for awhile but has loosened up considerably in availability and even come down in price from the stratosphere.

Nice pair. Now you only need 5 more to have a seven day set.

I really like the looks of that SAS.

I have a P238 and love it. I do get some feed malfunctions with HP ammo though. I don't know if you've tried running any through yours yet. After about 500 rounds or so, mine seemed to loosen up.

Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government.

I ran a dozen HPs through it and so far with a few different types of ammo I have had no (knocking on wood) malfunctions.
