Hey guys, look what I got in the last week!
The Presbyterian mix is really nice and the old boy is a $20 Corona knock-off..... so far it works really well.
The funny thing about the presbyterian is that the first time I smelled it, it was disgusting, but it tastes way better than it smells lolLast edited by ecormier; 03-15-2015 at 01:19 AM.

In light of St. Patrick's day I rounded off one of my favorite meals; Corned Beef, colcannon, soda bread and strong irish breakfast tea, with a few fingers of Tullamore Dew and a Peterson 304 loaded with some nicely aged Irish Flake.

The maiden voyage for my Mario Grandi Poker... Drew Estate Toasted Black Cavendish... Very nice blend... It has body to it...
"The tin note of this Black Cavendish is reminiscent of a Snickers bar with a hint of warm cream. Deep, dark black tobaccos inside look oily to the eye and feel silky to the touch. A new standard in Black Cavendish has been born."
And a comparison of my Walker Briar Works Cob Nose Warmer vs. Mario...
Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated...

Earlier today. Pipe on the Paldiski hwy, east of Tallinn, Estonia. McConnell Scottish flakes from Barling.
Today we visited west and central Estonia to meet a family friends and old mates. One of them has a kennel and all sorts of other dog activities.
We left home about 4 am; drove to continent and then to Helsinki west harbour = 190 km/120 miles. Then 3 hours with ferry to get over the Gulf Of Finland. Then from Tallinn to Paldiski and from there to Tartu = 240 km/150 miles. Few hours later we left back home and just arrived at 11 pm. Having a little baby dog boy of 7 weeks with us. Luckily we had time to stop enough for me to visit some pipe tobacco shops and few local breweries in Tallinn before we had to hurry for the ship. Picked few tins of Scottish flakes and SG Black Forest, as well as few local beers. Guess i have enough miles on the road for one day.
Now it's time for home coming pipe and beer. Black Forest from Jarl and Estonian Rukki Eil (=Rye ale).
Not pipe related but here's the pic, taken in Tartu: The old and the young. Ex service dog Schäfer, 14yo, long time retired, and little baby briard boy named Jurri, 7 weeks. New family member of ours.

Most tobacco shops i've visited look very much the same. The biggest one i've been is Sigarimaja in old town Tallinn, Estonia, with very big selection of pipes, tobaccos and cigars. Cubans are cheap there.
It's funny. Not only most tobacco shops i've visited here in Finland, Baltic States or Poland have denied cameras inside. And not only tobacco shops but most other shops deny it as well. I do not know why: the law doesn't say they have to do so.
Howevers, usually tobacco shops have also pubs or bars next to them and i've never seen such restrictions in those places.
Might ask the next time i will visit the tobacco shop/related pub (called Pikku Havanna) next to it.
But here's few pics i found with a quick search from the web. Not so good, unfortunately only cigar selections to be seen here.
From my town:
And one of the shops in our capital:
Of course there are other shops too but i couldn't find any pics with quick search.'That is what i do. I drink and i know things'
