The Quest...
Well in my 18 years of pipe smoking I still seek the quest for a Cherry Blend...
I have tried several with no blend catching my attention...
CAO Cherry Bomb (bland), Paladin Black Cherry (horrible, burned hot and bit like a rabid dog), Borkum Riff (Harsh), GH Black Cherry Rope (unsatisfying)... And the list could go on...
I mixed up a batch of Black Cavendish and Lane Very Cherry, again on the bland side but a rather nice room note and minimal sting...
And suggestions or am I hoping for something that there isn't?Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated...

A nice little Dunhill that my wife picked up at a second hand store. Unfortunately, she then explained the "white dot" and value. So, no more good deals ther.

Thanked: 8SATURDAY AFTERNOON SMOKE
Hi Fella's,
This afternoon's pipe was Orlik Golden Sliced in my Parker Sitter.
This is the first tinned tobacco I have had and I have to say it was a very nice smoke.
Hope you guys are all having a great weekend, I am just off to have a pint of Ale with my son, that and a good pipe what could be better.Stevie
