Still don't know much about razors, but I know my pipes. Here's a Jess Chonowitsch (need to buff the stem) and five year old St. James Flake. Also a pic of my pipe cabinet.

Well the bidding has ended and I was the lucky winner of a Mario Grandi Poker... I think this will make a nice little pocket pipe...
I noticed that he has several affordable pipes up for sale on eBay... I'm thinking that he is training a few new carvers and these are their beginning products...

Today's drive home smoke was Thomas's blend from 4 Noggins. Its a great Maple & Vanilla blend that lasts to the bottom of the bowl, no bite, cool and mild a real joy.I have not found anything like it in the U.K which is a shame because the postage is a killer.
The pipe is no name basket pipe from my local town, not bad but, not as good as the Parker.
