Between working in family law and living in a house with a pack college kids coming and going I think have a little madness to spare.

Default Captain Black & MM Cob

Well it's been a long hectic three weeks...

I've been off work with my back (not by my choice) and going stir crazy (tired of doing house work)...

My middle son just graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with his Bachelor's in Athletic Training, now this weekend my daughter has her high school graduation reception tomorrow evening and graduation on Sunday... The last kid... Finally

So on this gloomy rainy Thursday afternoon, looks like a trip to the barn to socialize with the goat and smoke a bowl of Captain Black White in a MM Cob with a nice stem...

The black dog is in my house today. My cat is sick and got me worried and things are looking gloomy in the finance world. I'm right in that barn with ya Phil......Peterson 303 and Pilots mix.

Well it looks and sounds like we are all related one way or another... Illness, money issues and other life's issues...

I wish the best for you my friend... The barn is the only quite place to relax and listen to the rain as it "drums" off the tin roof...

I'm glad the kids will be here Saturday, they can help me clean the mess and then it will a little more relaxing

It's windy again, so I'm in the "shed". Briar fox in an Autograph 8.

Not only the pipe but it seems that most of us here share the same kind of issues, more or less. And the pipe smoking of course.

Although in general the world seems to go the sad way, at least here. Personally i'm so happy that my kids grew up well and now it's up to them to try their own wings without me and wife worrying so much any more.

My daughter is currently having her mothernity leave from her midwoman studies and will be back to school next wall. However, being in such leave hasn't prevented her from playing and coaching soccer in the local womens team.
My son recently resingned from the navy and got a good job at the local shipyards Meyer. He now builds Cruise ships. We call these men & women as iron claws.

I have both shed and garage but both are so full of all kinds of tools, spare parts etc etc so there is no room to smoke. In the garage there is no even room for my car
I will be troubled with the shed sooner or later. Lady told me to get all the stuff out. She's planning to keep a henhouse there. I've no slightest idea where to get all my 'important' gizmos.

Trying to find it out it's time for my evening pipe. King Charles from Hardcastle. Beer from the west coast on the side.
